01What is the difference between COSMOS merchandise and Collectibles?+

COSMOS merchandise consists of event-designed items such as the shirt and cap. Collectibles are separate pre-owned or unsealed items sourced through Japan resale sites, with condition and availability based on each listing.

02When is a Shop order confirmed?+

Submitting the checkout form creates an Order Received record only. The order is confirmed after the team manually verifies the payment proof and confirms that every item is still available.

03How much do I pay for regular COSMOS merchandise?+

The regular merchandise checkout shows the exact merchandise total and applicable Philippine shipping fee. Pay the displayed amount and upload the corresponding proof for verification.

04How does payment for Japan-site Collectibles work?+

A 50% initial payment is required when the order is placed. The remaining 50% is due within 15 days after the reservation is confirmed, and the item must be fully paid before shipment from Japan to the Philippines.

05Are international and local shipping already included?+

Not always. Japan local shipping, international shipping, customs charges, protective packing, and Philippine delivery may be billed separately when applicable. The product page and final team update will identify additional charges.

06Are Japan-site Collectibles guaranteed to be perfect or authentic?+

No. Many listings are second-hand or unsealed. Buyers accept the risk of undisclosed scratches, dents, missing inclusions, seller issues, or counterfeit items. Additional seller photos or videos are usually unavailable.

07Can I cancel after submitting an order?+

Orders cannot be cancelled once the team has verified payment or successfully placed the purchase. Please review the item, amount, terms, fulfillment method, and payment schedule before submitting.

08What happens if a listing becomes unavailable?+

Availability can change before the team completes the purchase. If the item cannot be secured, the team will contact the buyer with the applicable next step instead of marking the order confirmed.

09How will I receive order and arrival updates?+

Important order notices are sent to the submitted email address. Batch, Japan-address, arrival, pick-up, and shipping updates may also be posted through the announced FansOnBoard PH update channel.

PRICE & ITEM CONDITION

  1. Review the listing carefully and verify the displayed item price before submitting an order.
  2. Japan-site items are generally second-hand or unsealed unless specifically marked SEALED. Sellers usually do not provide additional photo or video proof.
  3. Buyers accept the risk of counterfeit items and imperfections—including scratches, dents, or damage not visible in the listing photos—especially for photocards and albums.
  4. Some Japan websites require account registration, charged at ₱50. Japan local shipping may range from ₱400–₱800, depending on the seller.

PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL FEES

  1. A 50% initial payment is required when the order is placed. The remaining 50% must be paid within 15 days after the reservation is confirmed.
  2. The item must be fully paid before it can be included in the shipment from Japan to the Philippines.
  3. Service, money-transfer, international-shipping, customs, and Philippine local-shipping fees are paid by the buyer when applicable.
  4. A photocard toploader may be added for ₱15. Box or protective-packing requests are subject to availability and a separate quotation.
  5. Payment is verified manually. Submission does not guarantee purchase; confirmation is issued only after we successfully secure the item from the seller.

SHIPPING, DELAYS & STORAGE

  1. We are not responsible for seller, Japan courier, international courier, customs, or unforeseen delays or damage. Delays are not grounds for cancellation.
  2. Delayed items may move to the next shipment batch. Japan-address updates and arrival photos are posted twice weekly.
  3. After Philippine arrival, allow 2–3 days for sorting. Items are stored as received; internal checking is not included.
  4. Unclaimed items kept for more than two weeks incur a ₱100 per day storage fee unless a prior arrangement has been approved.

STRICT NO-CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Buyers who abandon confirmed orders may be blocked from future transactions and documented through the organizer’s buyer-management process.
