COSMOS Ride: The Road to BIGBANG is led by G-DRAGON International (GDI), with FansOnBoard PH as its official service partner. GDI leads the overall celebration and its other fan projects, while FansOnBoard PH manages the COSMOS Jeepney Ride, Fan Café, merchandise, and related services.

These experiences are not fully funded by donations. Confirmed reservations and pre-orders help make each experience possible—creating a memorable comeback celebration for Filipino VIPs while showing BIGBANG how deeply they are loved and supported in the Philippines.

TERMS & CONDITIONS READ BEFORE RESERVING
  1. Independent fan project. COSMOS Ride: The Road to BIGBANG is organized by GDI International and FansOnBoard PH. It is not an official BIGBANG, G-DRAGON, concert-promoter, SMDC, or future Fan Café venue event. Concert admission is not included.
  2. Reservation confirmation. Submitting this form does not automatically confirm a slot. Reservations are confirmed only after organizer review, availability checking, and any required payment verification.
  3. Package inclusions. Guests must review the selected package carefully. Shirt-size fields appear only for packages containing a shirt; bag-color selection appears only for the VIP package containing a GDI bag; ride schedules appear only for packages containing a jeepney ride.
  4. Ride schedules. Seats are limited. Guests must arrive 15–30 minutes before departure. Late passengers and no-shows may forfeit their slot. Low-demand schedules may be combined with the nearest available time, subject to organizer notice.
  5. Route and delays. Travel time is an estimate and may change because of traffic, weather, road closures, venue rules, or other conditions outside the organizers’ control.
  6. Merchandise and sizing. Merchandise is prepared based on confirmed orders. Designs, production finish, and colors may have reasonable variations. Sizes above 2XL may require an additional fee and separate confirmation.
  7. Payments and refunds. Payment instructions are issued through official organizer channels. Payment is subject to manual verification. Because merchandise is made or sourced per confirmed order, paid packages are generally non-refundable except when the organizers cancel the corresponding service or approve a refund in writing.
  8. Transfers. A confirmed reservation may be transferred to another person only before the organizer’s announced transfer deadline and after the team updates the reservation record.
  9. Shipping. Philippine and international shipping charges are separate unless expressly included. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
  10. Personal responsibility. Guests are responsible for personal belongings, return transportation not included in the package, and following venue, café, road-safety, and organizer instructions.
  11. Data and payment proof. Submitted information will be used to process reservations, payments, fulfillment, and event communication. Payment proofs are reviewed privately and must not contain PINs, OTPs, passwords, full card numbers, or CVV codes.

These answers apply only to the COSMOS Jeepney Ride and Fan Café experience. Merchandise and collectibles have a separate FAQ inside the COSMOS Shop.

01Is the ₱399 COSMOS Jeepney Ride round-trip?+

No. The ₱399 package covers one reserved one-way ride with one commemorative ride kit. Choose the direction and schedule that you can attend.

02Does selecting a schedule guarantee my seat?+

Your preferred schedule is a request until the team verifies your payment and checks the remaining capacity. Your confirmation email will contain the assigned direction and departure time.

03Can I board at any departure time?+

No. Seats are limited per departure. Please use only the direction and schedule confirmed by the team and arrive 15–30 minutes early. Late passengers and no-shows may lose their assigned seat.

04What is included in the ₱399 ride package?+

It includes one reserved one-way seat, folding fan, photocard, button pin, mini paper bag, bottled water, and commemorative ride pass. Each reservation receives one kit.

05Where and when is the Fan Café?+

The venue, operating hours, reservation opening, and final price are still coming soon. No café payment should be made until the official announcement is posted.

06What will the Fan Café package include?+

The planned café experience includes one themed drink, cupsleeve kit, hand banner, sticker, and photocard. Final inclusions remain subject to the official café announcement.

07Can I combine a Ride or Café reservation with a Shop order?+

The website keeps experience reservations and merchandise orders in separate forms, payment reviews, and reference numbers. A future bundle will be announced separately if offered.

08When is my Ride or Café reservation confirmed?+

A submitted form only means your request was received. Confirmation happens after manual payment verification, availability checking, and—when applicable—seat assignment.

09Does the experience include a concert ticket?+

No. Concert admission is not included. COSMOS Ride and the Fan Café are independent fan-project experiences organized by GDI International with FansOnBoard PH as service partner.
